Terms of Service

1. General

hobbyhound.eu (the “Service”) is operated by HobbyHound.eu. Contact: kontakt@hobbyhound.eu. Using the Service means accepting these terms.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a free price comparison and deal tracker for hobby products (board games, wargames, paints, brushes, accessories). It does not sell anything. Any purchase agreement is concluded directly with the shop, under the shop's terms.

3. Prices and information

• Offers are collected automatically from publicly available sources (product feeds, shop websites) and may be outdated or incomplete.
• Foreign prices are converted using the National Bank of Poland average rate.
• The “delivered cost” (shipping, duty, import VAT, clearance fee) is an estimate for comparison only – it is not an offer and not tax advice.
• Always check the price, availability and delivery costs in the shop before buying.

4. Using the Service

Use is free and requires no registration. Do not use the Service in a way that disrupts its operation or breaks the law.

5. Content and trademarks

Product names, trademarks and product photos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify products. Photos are displayed directly from the shops' servers.

6. Shops

A shop may request correction of data, or object to presenting its offers or photos, by e-mail: kontakt@hobbyhound.eu. We handle such requests without undue delay.

7. Affiliate links

The Service currently does not use affiliate links. If it starts to, they will be clearly disclosed.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for the shops' offers, prices, availability or order fulfilment. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; nothing here limits consumers' statutory rights.

9. Complaints and changes

Complaints about the Service can be sent by e-mail (kontakt@hobbyhound.eu); we reply within 14 days. We may change these terms; the effective date is shown above. Polish law applies.
